Can you ship a cake?
We can absolutely ship a cake! We ship our cakes frozen and packed on dry ice via UPS 2-day shipping. Please note: the cost of shipping can vary greatly depending on the location. Please contact us for a price quote.
How do I thaw my frozen cake?
We recommend storing it in the refrigerator overnight to let it come to the proper temperature.
Are the cakes pre-sliced?
The cakes do not come sliced. We recommend using a Chef's knife or a large serrated kitchen knife, dipped in a glass of warm water before each slice. This will provide you with an easy, clean cut every time! (Also, slicing the cake in half first, then into slices, will make it easier for you to create even sized slices.) Always exercise caution when using and cleaning your knife.
What if I want something specific and unique that is not mentioned on your site?

Do you cater to food allergies?
Please email any food allergy concerns to us BEFORE placing your order. (ALLERGY NOTICE: Our products are made in our food truck, which means tight quarters! Due to cross contamination, we cannot gurantee any item will be 100% allergen free, although we always do our best)
What if my shipped desserts arrive damaged?
Please know that your satisfaction is our priority at Not Your Mama's Treats! If you receive a damaged product or are unhappy with what we have made for you, please contact us as soon as possible so we can do our best to ensure your happiness and rectify any damages. Your feedback is welcome anytime. We understand you can purchase a cake almost anywhere, the difference at Not Your Mama's Treats is the love that goes into our work.
